SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY TO EU COUNTRIES

All orders and delivery are handled by the Ljubljana business unit (Ob Zeleznici 30a, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia). Delivery is free for all orders that exceed € 99.00. The costs of the delivery of goods up to and including the value of € 99.00 shall be covered by the buyer.

Goods purchased in our online center will be delivered anywhere in the countries that have been listed in the table below and at the delivery price that is also shown in the table below.

The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is GLS, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it will be able to fulfill the order more efficiently.

The buyer will receive the ordered goods at the specified address (home, office or third party). The recipient confirms the receipt of the goods with his signature.

Products listed as “in stock” will be shipped within 1-6 business days of receiving your order. For other products, the delivery time depends on the availability of suppliers and it is necessary to inquire with the provider via e-mail regarding this prior to placing an order.

DELIVERY COSTS:

Delivery is free of charge for all orders that exceed € 99.00.

If the products are damaged during delivery, please notify us no later than 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package at the e-mail address info@antashop.shop or via phone at +386 59 094 030. When reporting the damage, we will also need photos of the shipment, (inner) packaging, the damaged item, the delivery service label and a description of the damage. If the damage is already visible upon receipt of the shipment, immediately notify the delivery person, who will draw up an appropriate complaint report on the spot.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE EU

All orders and delivery are handled by the Ljubljana business unit (Ob Zeleznici 30a, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia). For all deliveries over €99.00, the delivery fee is €9. The cost of delivery of goods up to and including the value of €99.00 is €19.
